The owner Jim is awesome! He does a great job giving you a run down of all the issues that your car has and helps you prioritize them if money is an issue. I have a 2007 VW GTI that has been leaking oil since it's warranty expired about 6 years ago. I've gone to other mechanics that said replaced all sorts of items, even my turbo and couldn't get the leak to stop. On my first visit to Jim's shop, him and his team found the issue and fixed. As far as expectations go, they under promise and over deliver which is a plus in book. It's been over six months and still no leaks. Jim has always been professional and a pleasure to work with.

This place is awesome! They were so good to us and we didn't even have them work on our car. My daughter's car broke down on the Dan Ryan. We are from Michigan. I had to use a tow company I didn't know and they recommended this place. The tow company was awesome as well (24 hour towing - Alex) and A+ Auto diagnosed our car, walked my husband through the needed repairs and was very helpful. We decided to pick up the car and take it back to Michigan just because our own mechanic knows it so well and it was easy to do. We couldn't pick it up for a week and A+ kept it safe and secure, helped us get it on the car dolly and were so gracious I just had to write a review. If the way they treated us is any indication, this is a fine, fine place to have your car worked on. Thank you!

I took my car into Chicago A+ when it didn't start on a very cold morning. I called ahead and the manager/phone answer-er/all around awesome guy named Mike answered my call and was ready for me when I arrived with the car. They immediately starting working on my car and discovered it needed a new starter. Problem was, they had a tough time finding the right part for my car. Long story short, they had to go make multiple trips to get the right part AND gave me a discount on it because it was more expensive than they originally quoted. My car now starts without any problems and the service is backed up by a warranty. Beyond that, Mike and the guys at Chicago A+ made my day a lot less stressful by generally being awesome and giving me great service. I definitely recommend Chicago A+ and plan on taking my car back for future service.
